How it typically goes down….
US: Hey, thanks for calling/ dropping by/ emailing J-Max Graphics.
YOU: I’m looking to get a quote on some shirts.
US: Great! We can help. How many were you thinking of ordering? Do you already have a shirt color in mind? Are you looking for the most economical shirt or something more premium? Do you have a design in mind? If so, how many colors in that design? How many locations on the garment need to be printed?
YOU: That’s a lot of questions
US: We just want to make sure we get it right. We will help you every step of the way.
YOU: But, I don’t even have a design.
US: That’s ok, we would love to help with that too.
YOU: I’m down. This sounds awesome.
US: It is awesome.
You agree to the quote, put half down and we hit the ground running. Next, we’ll send you a digital proof after art creation. Once approved the order moves into production, and once completed you’ll get a call letting you know that the shirts are ready. Boom!
